My fav pizza place! Out of all the pizza I have tried, Elidios is the most New-York style I have had outside of New-York. Perfect ratio of sauce to cheese, and a perfectly crispy crust. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so! If you are looking for a big thin slice, I highly recommend.
It's great pizza when it's made right, by the right hands. You might get a pizza made by the kids in training, or you might get crispy perfection. Lol I've been mad before but, it's too good not to forgive the little things. And they're so nice too, I like supporting local.
This was our first time stopping in there. I will say I definitely prefer brick oven cooked pizza. Prices are a bit high but it's definitely worth it. Most definitely will be back for sure.
First time to this establishment. Quaint small restaurant nestled in a busy intersection. Parking can be difficult at busy times, It is a small parking lot. Staff is friendly yet direct giving an old school pizza joint. Atmosphere is great and decore matches the vibe. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Pizza was amazing. Thin crust yet not to thin, large slices with plenty of toppings. I noticed there was no parmesan on the table and it was busy so I did not ask for it either. Overall great food and experience! Prices are fair for the amount of food you get.
I had the five-topping supreme equivalent pizza. Crust had excellent crunch and flavor, and the toppings were delicious, too. I ate the whole extra large pie, and I regret nothing. I will happily stop by on my next visit to Knoxville.

Fantastic pizza today from Elidio’s. This was my first visit, and I’ll definitely be back. We are actually on a tour of Knoxville pizza, trying to find the best places and best styles in the city. Elidios is unassuming from the outside, but after walking in and being greeted by the smells of pizza coming from the oven, and the friendly worker who took our order, I had high hopes. We kept it simple and got an XL pepperoni pizza. The sauce and cheese ratio was perfect, the crust was done perfectly, light and airy, foldable, perfect amount of what I call good grease. It wasn’t soggy at all. It tasted like a great slice in NYC. The prices were even more incredible. I know I’ll definitely be back.
For pizza in Knoxville, I go here and to Adopo. Two very different styles, depends on my mood, but I think Elidios has the best pizza in Knoxville. Affordable, good crust. Friendly owner.
